In my practice, I utilize yoga therapy for disease management and prevention, pain management, recovering from injury, or mental-health and stress-relief. My offerings stem from ancient wisdom, fused with modern science to create a healing program that is unique to each individual.

Individual consultations draw wisdom from Ayurvedic healing techniques as well as traditional Yoga Asana, Pranayama/breathwork, meditation and lifestyle practices. In addition to our time together in person, you may get herbal recommendations, postures to practice at home, and suggestions about daily rhythms and routine adjustments to optimize your health.

As an expert at addressing obstacles that may be preventing you from healing, I truly believe that your commitment to healing is required to get over the plateau. This is why I offer a 12-month healing package for chronic disease management.

If you feel like you’ve hit a wall or plateau in your healing journey, this is a great opportunity to activate your own healing mechanisms to get you moving toward total health. By creating a plan to re-program energy patterns through yoga, dietary habits, herbal supplements and lifestyle routines, the weight of your dis-ease will lessen over the course of the year.

- Initial assessment and treatment plan
- Monthly visits to address concerns and symptoms. As we are in the process of healing, primary concerns tend to shift. Each visit we will evaluate our progress, assess our plan, and make adjustments as needed. The general rhythm is of growth; as dis-ease lessens and the capacity for life increases, the plan changes to accommodate new potentials.
