    Take an hour in the middle of the day to break up any stagnant energy and recharge for the afternoon. Classes will include some hatha flow, breathwork and meditation to keep you present and engaged with the rest of your day.

    Make Monday your favorite day of the week! Join Angela for an organic practice incorporating Taoist movement philosophy into a series of flowing yoga postures. This practice will encourage you to drop into your body, balance your energy and unwind from the day.

Inner organizing half day retreats

  • half day retreats

    Join us on the last Sunday of each month for a 1/2 day yoga retreat. The format of these retreats is inspired by the Vedic "rounding" technique. The day will consist of 2 rounds of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and a rest. There will be a short break in the middle.

    Each round you will feel yourself becoming more still and centered. The more you attend these retreats the greater access you will have to this state of center and bliss.
