Join us on the last Sunday of each month for a 1/2 day yoga retreat, from 9 AM - Noon. The format of these retreats is inspired by the vedic "rounding" technique. The day will consist of 2 rounds of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and a rest. There will be a short break in the middle.

With each round you will feel yourself becoming more still and centered. The more you attend these retreats the greater access you will have to this state of calm, centered homeostasis.

HALF DAY RETREATS offered on the last Sunday of each month

Integrative medicine is a holistic approach to health and healing that considers the whole person, not just the disease or symptom. It emphasizes a partnership between the practitioner and the patient, as well as between multiple practitioners. At MARintegrative, we specialize in yoga therapy. This employs the multi-dimensional practices of yoga and ayurveda to create a unique healing program for the client. This program is integrated into daily life and can stand alone or complement other healthcare practices.
